We can accommodate up to 4 people across 2 king bedrooms.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out may be available on request.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. Our standard minimum stay is two nights. During long weekends, a three-night minimum applies.

Are children welcome at Bon Bon?

Yes. Please note this is a two storey apartment and there are no baby gates or stair barriers, so supervision is the responsibility of parents and guardians.

Are there cooking facilities?

Yes. Each apartment has a full kitchen with utensils and crockery, and basic pantry items are provided.

Is there secure parking?

A lockable garage is available for apartments 1 to 4, with the remote on your set of keys. The garage opening is 2.4m wide, 2m high and 5.5m long. Additional off-street parking is available at the front and rear of the property, plus street parking on McLachlan Street.

Can I bring my pet to Bon Bon?

No. We are unable to accept pets and no pets are permitted on the property at any time.

Can I hire Bon Bon for a photoshoot?

Yes. Bon Bon is available for personal and commercial photoshoots on weekdays. The rate is $2000 for an 8 hour day plus a $300 cleaning fee. Email us for details.

Is there a coffee machine?

Yes, we have a Nespresso Vertuo and pods are provided for your stay. There is also a coffee shop, Bills Beans, less than a block away.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations with more than 90 days notice before arrival are fully refundable. Between 30 and 90 days notice, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Within 30 days of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations.

Yes! We have a beautiful kitchen. All utensils and crockery is available for you to use and basic pantry items are provided. If you're unsure if we have a particular item, please feel free to contact us before your stay.
A lockable garage is available for apartments 1 - 4. The garage remote will be on your set of keys in the key lockbox. Please ensure that your vehicle is suitable for the garage before entering. The garage opening is 2.4m wide x 2m high x 5.5m long.

For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred. No cancellations are accepted within 30 days of your arrival date. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations.
In the event that BonBon must to cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be made. However we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred. We strongly recommend travel insurance (even for domestic travel) to cover cancellations, travel delays and all other unforeseen incidents and accidents.
