FAQ’s

  • We can accomodate up to 4 people across 2 king bedrooms.

  • Check in: 3pm. Check out: 11am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available upon request.

  • Yes, our standard minimum stay is two nights. During long weekends, a three-night minimum applies.

  • Most definitely. Please note that this is a two storey apartment and there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of parents & guardians.

  • Yes! We have a beautiful kitchen. All utensils and crockery is available for you to use and basic pantry items are provided. If you're unsure if we have a particular item, please feel free to contact us before your stay.

  • A lockable garage is available for apartments 1 - 4. The garage remote will be on your set of keys in the key lockbox. Please ensure that your vehicle is suitable for the garage before entering. The garage opening is 2.4m wide x 2m high x 5.5m long.

    Additional off-street parking is available at both the front and rear of the property.

    There is also ample street parking on McLachlan Street

  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. No pets are permitted on the property at any time.

  • Yes! BonBon is available for personal and commercial photoshoots. It is only available on weekdays. $2000 for an 8 hour day plus a $300 cleaning fee. Email us for more details.

  • Yes, we have a Nespresso Vertuo and pods are provided for your stay.

    There is also a great coffee shop, Bills Beans less than a block away.

  • Cancellations with more than 90 days notice prior to your arrival is fully refundable. Cancellations between 30-90 days notice prior to your arrival date 50% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee of the booking total will be incurred. No cancellations are accepted within 30 days of your arrival date. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances. Written notification must be provided for all cancellations.

    In the event that BonBon must to cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be made. However we will not be held liable for any further costs incurred. We strongly recommend travel insurance (even for domestic travel) to cover cancellations, travel delays and all other unforeseen incidents and accidents.
